A global manufacturing company sought to publish its first comprehensive sustainability report — one that would go beyond compliance and demonstrate financial resilience, awareness of material sustainability issues, and leadership in its sector’s transition to lower-carbon production.
I led the project from concept to completion, conducting financial modeling and materiality analysis to identify ESG risks and opportunities most relevant to the business. I then developed key performance indicators aligned with global sustainability frameworks and translated complex technical data into a clear, accessible narrative supported by strong visual design.
Working directly with the CEO and senior leadership, I navigated internal systems, data limitations, and cross-functional review processes across multiple international divisions. The result was a cohesive, investor-ready report that clarified risk exposure, strengthened stakeholder communication, and positioned the company as proactive in responding to environmental and social change.
Key skills demonstrated: materiality analysis, ESG metrics development, financial modeling, GHG emissions accounting, sustainability narrative writing, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end report design in Adobe Creative Suite.
In the midst of major organizational change, a sustainability team was struggling with burnout, conflict, and emotional fatigue. The challenge was not only to manage stress but to rebuild a sense of control, cohesion, and clarity across the team.
I designed and facilitated an interactive workshop titled “Overcoming Stress in the Age of Disruption.” The session blended psychological research, values alignment, and practical regulation skills to help participants recognize how stress manifests within complex systems. Drawing on principles from cognitive-behavioral frameworks, family systems theory, and mindfulness-based stress reduction, the program emphasized aligning daily choices with personal and organizational values — transforming stress from depletion into direction.
The workshop combined reflection exercises (values ranking, boundaries, and control mapping) with communication tools from dialectical behavior and coaching frameworks adapted for professional contexts.
Follow-up discussions revealed a measurable shift in morale and collaboration: participants reported greater clarity around their roles, fewer interpersonal conflicts, and renewed confidence in navigating uncertainty.
A version of this workshop, supplemented by MBTI type assessments, was also adapted for a small professional services firm, helping its founders and staff improve communication, deepen trust and enhance shared accountability.
Key skills demonstrated: curriculum design, group facilitation, systems thinking, conflict resolution, use of psychometric tools (Myers-Briggs Type), and integration of psychological frameworks into professional development.
